We created our Mexico Flag FR graphic print neck gaiter as a salute to our neighbors south of the border and to Americans who celebrate their Mexican heritage. This gaiter contains the components of the Mexican Flag such as the eagle eating a rattlesnake while perched on a nopal (prickly pear) cactus and the garland of which the left side is the green oak, and the right side is the laurel branch. The green oak symbolizes strength, and the laurel branch symbolizes victory.
Our Mexico FR neck gaiter is made with our soft and breathable, 5.2 oz, inherent blend fabric. The center panel is ribbed so it provides stretch for a comfortable fit as well as breathability. While they were not designed to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, our FR neck gaiters are effective in protecting against the transmission of bio-aerosols that can transmit viruses such as COVID-19.
The Mexico FR Neck Gaiter can be worn year-round. In addition to being arc and flame resistant, they also provide protection against dirt, dust, and other airborne particles when the winds kick up and during the cooler months, help take the chill off.
It can be washed as you would wash any other garment and can be washed with non-FR items because the flame-resistant properties are inherent to the material. The one thing you do not want to do is use bleach.
The fabric is safe to wear against your skin and because the FR properties are inherent to the fabric, you do not have to worry about chemicals washing out, especially if you are washing it with other non-FR items. Our Mexico FR neck gaiter has a lifetime repair or replacement warranty. Provided you do not lose the gaiter, if it is damaged, gets a hole in it, splits a seam or even if you are the cause of the damage, we will repair or replace the item, no questions asked.
